说明:方盒，盒底为平板状，下有四小足。盒盖为五片镂空玉片。以铜条拼接而成。盖面饰镂空的卍字锦和五只蝙蝠及团寿字。外壁饰镂空的卍字锦。盒边镶鎏金的铜边。盖面及底为青玉，四壁为白玉。
