说明:寿山石印，印面方正，色白与深红各半，有黑色片状纹理，质地晶润细致。印面阳刻四字篆文「一目了然」。边款「人赠诗家周炼霞一目了然印，则曰，是应转赠大千居士也。而路远莫能致，苇牕言之，因为居士刻此四字。丙辰仲春，壮为并识于台北」。
