A Tribute Student, he excelled at poetry, belle-lettres, and research as well as painting and calligraphy. His small standard script was especially refined and his running and cursive scripts were grand and untrammeled. This work was done on gold paper. The brush-work is strong and beautifully flowing as the characters have an upright and elegant quality. This is the 10th leaf from Album of Folded Fans by Ming Calligraphers.
