All are painted in great detail. The plumage and beauty dazzle the eye, complementing the brilliant splendor of the flowers in full bloom. The variety of color and beauty of the flowers, combined with the finely detailed treatment of the birds and plants, contribute to the refined, elegant atmosphere. The leaves are filled in freely with color,and the rocks are painted in a sketchy manner which provides an effective contrast with the rest of the painting.This painting bears neither the artist's signature nor his seals, but it has been attributed to a Yüan dynasty artist according to the old label.
